FIELD: removal of hairs from user's skin surface. SUBSTANCE: device adapted for wet shaving has casing with surface cooperating with user's skin, blades attached on casing in the vicinity of mentioned surface and shaving facilitating composite, which has matrix made from water-insoluble polymeric material and shaving facilitating material washed out by water. Composite has effective amount of shaving facilitating material, which is adapted to be washed out by water and further has effective amount of water-insoluble material made from ethereal oil. Water-insoluble material is delivered onto user's skin during shaving from shaving facilitating composite and material washed out by water is simultaneously discharged onto user's skin.
