FIELD: building materials industry, mainly installations for manufacture of products of prefabricated reinforced concrete. SUBSTANCE: the installation has a base, rigid end and longitudinal walls, separating stiffening plates made in the form of flexible steel strips fastened with tension for turning on anchor blocks, assembly and disassembly mechanism, hollow-core forming mandrels with hydraulic jacks located above the cassette; the hollow-core forming mandrels are made hollow of flexible material with protective sheets attached from the outside and connected to a source of heat-transfer agent, whose pressure is determined by formula P ≥ Kd•g•h(ρb-ρw) and P ≥ 0,1 MPa, , where: Ko - dynamic coefficient taken to be equal to 1.5 to 2; g = 9.81 - free fall acceleration; h - height of concreted construction; ρb - hydrostatic volume density of fresh concrete; ρw - volume density of heat-transfer agent. Installed from above is a funnel with dissectors, which fix the upper ends of the hollow-core forming mandrels. The hollow-core forming mandrels may be sectionalized, they may be attached to the funnel with dissectors and installed above the cassette. The end walls may be made composite of two zigzag parts, in which grooves are made at the angles of the line break to receive the prestressed reinforcement. The end walls may be made hollow of flexible material and connected to the excess pressure system; the funnel longitudinal beads and concrete dissectors, with the hollow-core forming mandrels attached to them, are fastened to guides for moving on them and fixed by pins. The heat-transfer agent-excess pressure system may be connected to a recirculation line with heat-insulated thermal jackets in the walls and bottom of the cassette.
