SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and can be used in the production of hollow wall panels on gypsum or cement binder with the use of aggregates or without them. Installation for the production of hollow panels contains a mold, consisting of vertical side walls, end walls and hollow-core forming mandrels of elastic material connected to the compressor. Hollow-core forming mandrels are installed inside the form in the holes of the vertical end walls with a gap with the possibility of sealing the holes during expansion. Mold is provided with a forming base, made with the possibility of extraction from the mold with a panel made using a carriage mounted on the rails.
EFFECT: improving manufacturability and simplifying the design due to the absence of the need to extract hollow-core forming mandrels.
