FIELD: processing of thermoplastic polymers. SUBSTANCE: method provided for production of flat blank from mixture of thermoplastic polymer and fiber, removal of liquid phase and preliminary hardening of mixture by its heating above polymer melting point. After heating and until mixture is not registered in plane direction, pressure is applied square to the plane of layer which causes flow of polymer and respective orientation of fibers, mainly, in layer plane.
