FIELD: oil and gas production industry. SUBSTANCE: this is used for activation of wells. It increases period of acting excess pressure in bed with securing casing string and cement stone on it. According to method, excess pressure is created in well by subjecting bed to pulsing action of gaseous products resulted from burning of powder charge. Parameters of first pulse are selected to be sufficient for widening of natural fissures and creating microfissures. Parameters of subsequent pulses are selected to be at least equal to parameters of first pulse. Second pressure pulse is created at values of pressure from first pulse equal to 0.5 of rock pressure. Device for realization of method has powder charges which are mounted on pipes and interconnected, thus forming hermetic space. This space is divided into several sections by partitions made of pyrotechnic compound, and each section accommodates at least one powder charge and starting igniter. Lateral partitions are made for possible delay of igniting powder charges in sections. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 3 dwg
