FIELD: transport engineering; power engineering; room heating systems. SUBSTANCE: rotary internal combustion engine has housing, coaxial operating shafts with vane rotors, output shaft and working rotor drive mechanism kinematically coupling the rotors with output shaft. Circular chamber of engine has at least one spark plug and is divided into variable displacement working spaces. Drive mechanism has gear wheel rigidly secured on housing coaxially with operating shafts, and crank mechanisms furnished with gears and sliders installed in pairs and in opposition relative to axis of operating shafts and kinematically coupled with output shaft. Gears are brought into meshing with stationary gear wheel. Sliders are arranged in slots of levers stationary installed on operating shafts. Each vane rotor is formed by disk whose vanes are stamped out with axial projection. Stationary gear wheel of drive mechanism is provided with internal teeth. Sliders in crank mechanisms are made in form of pins arranged directly on gears. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 cl, 7 dwg
