FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotor-vane engine has housing with sucking and discharging ports, face cover, central shaft, two vane rotors, flywheel, spark plug, and mechanism for periodic changing of speeds of rotation of the rotors. The rotors are mounted on the shafts set on the central shaft coaxially and can rotate independent of the central shaft and each other. The flywheel is rigidly secured to the outer end of the central wheel out of the housing . The mechanism has semi-axle, mounted on the eccentric member from the outer side of the face cover parallel to the central shaft for permitting movement over the circumference eccentric with respect to the central shaft. The shaft can rotate about its axis in bearings which are secured to the outer side of the face cover. Two carriers are secured to the outer ends of the shafts of each rotor. The carriers are arranged over radii symmetrically arranged from both sides of the semi-axle. The free end of each of the carriers is pivotally connected with the semi-axle through a tie. The third carrier is rigidly secured to the outer end of the central carrier. The semi-axle passes through the slot in the third carrier for permitting movement along the slot.
