FIELD: liquid-propellant ticket engines; stands in cryogenic engineering and chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: unit includes housing which has oxygen inlet and outlet and turbine working medium inlet and outlet; pump impeller is mounted in bearings in housing. Turbine wheel provided with profiled blades is fastened with pump impeller. Turbine outlet is communicated with pump outlet. Used as turbine working medium are combustion products of fuel burnt in oxygen, for example, hydrocarbon fuel at excess of oxygen. Turbine wheel is secured on peripheral diametral portion of pump impeller. EFFECT: reduced amount of oxygen for driving the turbine working on oxidizing gas and reduced axial clearance of booster turbopump unit. 5 cl, 2 dwg
