FIELD: protection of structural materials against action of aggressive mediums, in particular production of metal-ceramic coating used in liquid propellant rocket engines for turbine flow-through part protection; besides, method allows to produce the coatings on pieces of nickle based alloys. SUBSTANCE: metal-ceramic coating composition has nickle, silicon, oxides of silicon, barium, boron, chromium, titanium boride, molybdenum disilicide. Coating is applied on piece by slip layers of metal - ceramic mass, that has above components, mixed in water with addition of Chasov Yar clay. Each layer of coating is dried in the air till wet stains disappearance on surface layer, then it is calcined under temperature of aging of above alloys. In the case first layer is calcined in the air for 1 - 2 hours and following layers - for 20 -30 minutes. Usage of the coating and usage of the method to produce it on pieces of dispersion hardening nickle alloys ensure reliable serviceability of thermally strained pieces and joints of liquid propellant rocket engines turbine-pump assembly in conditions of cyclical action of oxygen-bearing gas stream, that has metal particles, for example, from AMг6, alloy under temperature up to 900 C.
