FIELD: thermal engineering; heating thermolabile liquids for gas, oil refining, and other industries. SUBSTANCE: evaporator heat-transfer surface 2 is built up of vertical heat-transfer tubes connected to upper horizontal header 12 and lower one 12, respectively, to discharge evaporated component steam and to accumulate and discharge nonevaporated hot liquid; upper header 8 has distributor 9 for jet-and-droplet outlet of separated mixture. Two-sided heating of heat-transfer tubes is effected by vertical radiating walls 4 wherein burner tunnels 5 and recirculating mixers are coaxial to mixers of regenerating injection burners 3 in which air is heated for burning by heat recirculation of flue gases coming from furnace through flue ducts 6 at bottom part of radiating walls, 4. EFFECT: improved service life between repairs, reduced maintenance charges and cost of fuel and power. 2 dwg
