FIELD: analysis and check of content of solid-dispersive particles in compressed gases. SUBSTANCE: device to take samples of high-pressure gases can be used to analyze and check content of mechanical solid-dispersed particles ( impurities ) in such compressed gases as air, nitrogen, helium, hydrogen, argon, neon, xenon, oxygen and other gases employed in rocket engineering, aircraft industry, mechanical engineering and some other branches of economy. Device includes sonde, sampling tube with stop valve linked to it, throttle, conical chamber, sample-taking branch pipe and sample analyzer. Throttle comes in the form of combined nozzle composed of inlet confuser, cylindrical and outlet diffuser parts joined in sequence. Conical chamber is sectional whose upper part transforms into diffuser part of combined nozzle and whose lower part is open in base. Conicity angle α of diffuser part of combined nozzle equals conicity angle β of upper part of conical chamber and does not exceed 6 degrees. Conicity angle γ of lower part of conical chamber is not more than 15 degrees. Sample-taking branch pipe is mounted for axial movement in conical chamber. EFFECT: device makes it possible to obtain representative sample of gas under high pressure and velocity of gas stream, it ensures reliability and accuracy of analysis. 1 dwg
