Provision is made for continuous hollow in setting flange body selected so that it embraces the entire zone of holes, leads of heating holder and sensing element, as well as, for example, checking gas tube, fastening members, rings and discs with holes made of packing or insulating material, and sleeves which embrace them. Sleeves are manufactured of mechanically strong material. EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability in operation. 4 dwg
