FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling mill laying coiler circular cooling jacket replaceable cartridges. Replaceable cartridge contains external and internal sleeves inserted one into another, each of which has corresponding distal and proximal end with formation of coolant channel between them; end cover, connected to external and internal sleeves distal ends and sealing them, made with through channel communicated with internal sleeve inner space; flange, connected to corresponding external and internal sleeves proximal ends for their sealing, having channel for communication with internal sleeve inner space and made with outer closed loop for possibility of orientation along axis with subsequent engagement with rolling mill equipment. At that, flange is made with outer closed loop, in which cooling liquid inlet and outlet are made, isolated from each other and interconnected with cooling fluid channel. At that, inlet and outlet are made with possibility of communication with corresponding rolling mill equipment coolant inlet and outlet at cartridge flange and rolling mill equipment engagement. Cartridge is equipped with fasteners, made with possibility of engagement with rolling mill equipment.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of rolling mill downtimes due to design of disclosed cartridge.
