FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: guide is made in the form of two parallel rods with end pieces, two carriages with guide bushing each and holder with two parallel holes in which rods are installed for independent rotation. Distant sections of one rod responsible for synchronous longitudinal motion of monoculars are conjugated with right- and left-hand carriages through threaded connections of right- and left- hand rotation. Distant sections of the other rod responsible for synchronous turns of monoculars in sagittal plane are fitted with guides and conjugated with second threaded holes of carriages through guide bushings with external threads of right- and left-hand rotation. Every bushing is provided with longitudinal recess which receives rod guide and with transverse circular recess in which monocular guide is inserted. Each carriage in its turn is coupled to monocular by means of vertical axle which is center of monocular rotation in sagittal plane. Rod holes in holder are formed by prismatic slots and spring cover-plate closing them. Carriages are provided with longitudinal and transverse open slots which provide for adequate taking-up of backlashes in threaded connections. EFFECT: more effective construction. 3 cl, 2 dwg
