FIELD: systems for protection of mobile objects against attack or unauthorized access. SUBSTANCE: device has multiple signal transmitters (user alarms) each of which has modulation signal source, modulator, frequency-modulation oscillator, power amplifier, antenna, receiver of user set, gate circuit, control signal transmission circuit, group of decoders, indicator, actuator signals preparation unit, antenna switch, network of base stations and at least one central station. System provides possibility to detect type of ALARM signal and identify user alarm. Coordinates of mobile object are detected using distance-difference method by means of at least two differences of distances between user alarms and basis stations. In addition device can detect presence of user in region of alarm system. Central station provides paging communication with owner of mobile object. User alarm is designed for transmission of pager message and has encoder for generation of pager message.
