FIELD: nuclear reactors. SUBSTANCE: annular clearances are provided between economizer-evaporation zone and channel as well as between reheat zone and economizer-evaporation zone wherein single-phase coolant steadily flows. To this end, economizer-evaporation and reheat zones are organized in channel that has water inlet and steam outlet; these zones are hydraulically interconnected in series and connected to coolant inlet and outlet. These zones are separated from each other and from channel walls by means of annular gap formed by odd number (at least three) of concentrically arranged shells. Fuel elements of reheat zones are placed in central internal shell and those of economizer-evaporation zone, between each pair of next external shells. EFFECT: improved stability of coolant flow. 3 cl, 4 dwg
