FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: block composed of laminated cell semiconductors, connecting buses and cooling and insulating cells is laid in pile with clearance and is joined up to final assembly with the use of insulating tubes which are used later for insulation of threaded pins employed for tightening of block under pressure. Insulating tubes are provided with flanges on one end, embrace common bearing plate from beneath. Other ends of tubes are directed through common insulator which is means for fastening of structural block in axial direction by means of frictional joint with insulating tubes by means of tightening ribbon. Bearing plate and insulator are connected by insulating tubes for axial movement. Bearing plate rests against flanges of insulating tubes with the help of spring members. Member to join form with insulating tubes with lock corresponds to insulator and allows limited movement in axial direction. EFFECT: possibility of storage of laminated cell semiconductor up to final assembly. 7 cl, 5 dwg
