FIELD: railway transport; brake systems of rail vehicles. SUBSTANCE: proposed device employs magnetic rail brake unit which holds each brake magnet over rail head flexible in all operating positions. For this purpose one flexible mounting member is installed under suspension members. Mounting member is formed by intake shackle and side rubber shock absorbers. Shackle straddles auxiliary frame which rests by end onto corresponding wheel axle. Auxiliary frame is held in flexible stable position relative to bogie longitudinal beam through extension spring placed at the shackle. Sliding shock absorber compensates for displacement of auxiliary frame relative to longitudinal beam. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 3 dwg
