SUBSTANCE: method involves performing transverse osteotomy, complementary osteotomy shaped as rectangle positioned in perpendicular and symmetric relation to the transverse osteotomy to form bound bone autograft on feeding periosteal muscular pedicle. Demineralized bone allografts are put along the bone fully overlapping the created rectangular defect and slightly pressed with the prepared bone autograft on feeding periosteal muscular pedicle and distraction is carried out.
