FIELD: medicine, orthopedics. SUBSTANCE: one should apply distraction apparatus to carry out osteotomy of brachioradial bone. Distraction should be performed in accordance with the length of elbow bone's rudiment. The latter's corticotomy is carried out. Then rudiment should be introduced into diastasis between proximal and distal departments of brachioradial bone by using elbow bone's rudiment as autotransplant upon nutritive pedicle. The method enables to obtain a full-value structure of bony tissue, increase longitudinal parameters of a limb in comparatively short period of time. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation. 3 dwg
