FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves performing extra-articular epicondylian osteotomy of the femur in transverse direction, resecting a portion of distal segment on the same side with non-injured condyle bounded by two mutually perpendicular planes one of which is set in parallel to articulation fissure, the other one intersecting osteotomy plane and femoral axis, transposing the end of proximal fragment into the prepared bed on the non-injured condyle. Through canal 6 is formed in the center of the injured femoral condyle, proximal to growth zone in sagittal plane, vascular fascicle 3 feeding superolateral segment of kneepan 2 is mobilized on the side of injured condyle. The canal formed in the injured condyle is made of bound bone graft and vascular fascicle all along the whole way. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; improved blood supply; stimulated functions of growth zone. 2 dwg
