FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed engine has housing 1 with radial partitions 2. Rotor 3 with radial vanes is installed in housing for oscillatory movement around its axis. Vanes engage with inner circular surface of housing in zones between partitions 2 and are sealed relative to this surface by means of external belt of radial seals 5. Sealing of circular surface of rotor in zones between its radial vanes relative to radial partitions 2 of housing 1 is provided by inner belt of radial seals 6. External belt seals 5 are made in form of sealing devices, each being formed by leaf spring 8 installed on bottom 7 of longitudinal groove made in inner circular surface of housing 1, and sealing plate 9 pressed by spring to vane 4 of rotor 3. Inner belt seals 6 are made in form of sealing devices, each being formed by leaf spring 11 installed on bottom 10 of longitudinal groove made on surface of partition 2, and sealing plate 12 pressed by spring to surface of rotor 3 between its vanes 4. Cross curvature of plate 9 corresponds to cross curvature of vane 4 of rotor 3. Cross curvature of plate 12 corresponds to cross curvature of rotor surface in zone between vanes.
