FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has long reflecting member parabolic in sectional area and placed in inclined position, relatively parallel accepting tubes placed in focal point of reflecting member which strength over its entire length and communicate with liquid-filled circulating system. System also functions to heat liquid in storage cell. Valves are provided on top and bottom ends of tubes which pass flow only upwards with the result that device operates periodically so that liquid is evacuated from tubes only as soon as it reaches evaporation point whereupon tube is filled up again. Flexible bellows are placed on top valve to maintain definite back pressure for top valve. EFFECT: improved design. 9 cl, 4 dwg
