FIELD: integrated optics, systems of optical processing of signals. SUBSTANCE: controlled optron has light source, modulator and photodetectors connected in series by means of fibre-optical cable. Modulator is manufactured in the form of optical commutator with controlling electrodes on M waveguide channels made in lithium niobate. Controlling electrodes are made in opposite side of waveguide channel in given optron. EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, expanded application field. 5 dwg
