FIELD: lithium storage batteries with organic electrolyte and roll electrodes. SUBSTANCE: storage battery includes shell, solution of organic electrolyte contained in shell, positive electrode containing complex metal oxide carrying lithium in the capacity of cathode active matter, negative electrode containing carbon-carrying material in the capacity of active matter and separator positioned between positive and negative electrodes. Positive and negative electrodes and separator are placed into solution having moisture content from 5.0 to 450.0 mln^-1. At least one electrode is fabricated in the form of mixture for coat formed on metal current pickoff that contains active matter corresponding to proper electrode and binder. Metal current pickoff is manufactured from metal foil with surface roughness 0.1-0.9 μ.
