SUBSTANCE: device has non-linear crystal which is located in con-focal plane of mirrors. In addition device has two coated plates which are mounted on both sides of non-linear crystal at angle of α and 180^°-α to line which connects centers of mirrors. Coated plates are mounted for rotation about this axis in parallel to this line. Angles which are shaped by normal to plate surface and this line are located in same plane.
