In addition device has voltage repeater 3, which first terminal is connected to first terminal of current source 1 and first terminal of diode 2, and which second terminal is connected to second terminal of diode 2 and output device terminal 6. Its third terminal is connected to second terminal of current source 1 and second device output terminal 7.
