FIELD: automatic exchange systems. SUBSTANCE: method involves connection of shared-line subscriber to telephone line on ringing call of telephone line only when positive half-wave of ringing call of exchange system is sloping down to zero. Goal of invention is achieved by device which has first isolating diode, which anode and cathode are connected to first input and first output of device respectively. First input of discharge unit is connected to cathode of first isolating diode. Its output serves as second device output. Second device input is connected to second input of discharge unit or to cathode of second isolating diode. Third input of discharge unit is connected to anode of first isolating diode.
