FIELD: meat industry. SUBSTANCE: manual tool has body, saw blade, drive having crank mechanism with two cranks for transmitting reciprocating motion to saw blade and balancing weights. Tool body is provided with slide guide. Cranks are mounted on shafts, which are kinematically interconnected by similar tooth gears. Cranks are arranged in symmetry one with respect to another so that their motion planes coincide and are kinematically connected with slide by arm pivotally secured by slide. One version has arm with two symmetrically arranged longitudinal slots. Each crank has end member engageable with related slot in arm. Balancing weights are mounted on shafts of tooth gears so that their centers are positioned in plane extending through slide axis. Balancing weights are disposed in opposite extreme positions relative to slide in projection on slide pin at extreme positions of slide.
