FIELD: medicine, medicinal equipment. SUBSTANCE: electrostimulator of gastrointestinal tract has electrodes as electrically isolated parts of medicinal capsule, a power source situated inside a capsule, a microcontroller which outputs are connected to electrodes, and transducers designed with possibility to receive signals of internal organs and/or signals of external transducer. Outputs of transducers are connected with inputs of microcontroller. Moreover, additional electrodes may be designed as detachable ones and electrostimulator may have signal transducer of internal organs. EFFECT: higher efficiency to eliminate side effects and increase efficiency of therapy due to possibility to control electrostimulator and change impulse parameters in accordance with gastrointestinal tract requirements or subjective feelings of a patient and also due to control for the process of applying microelements or preparations by electrochemical way into necessary departments of gastrointestinal tract according to prescribed treatment, more convenient usage due to detachable electrodes covered with microelements or special preparations. 3 cl, 2 dwg
