FIELD: conduction of two-stage process in one apparatus with catalyst fluidized bed in oil refining and petrochemical industries. SUBSTANCE: the offered apparatus has reactor in form of vertical cylindrical body with expansion chamber in the upper part. Vertical cylindrical body accommodates regenerator in form of vertical cylindrical body with expansion chamber in upper part. Inlets for introduction of raw material for reaction and air for regeneration, outlets for discharge of reaction products and regeneration products through filters, transportation branch pipe for transfer of catalyst from reactor to regenerator. Branch pipe has funnel in upper part and made for regulation of catalyst flow through it. Lower part of expansion chamber of regenerator has holes for transfer of catalyst from regenerator to reactor. Located in zone of reactor fluidized bed is distributor for supply of air or oxygen- containing gas. Separators of catalyst from reaction products and regeneration products are made in form of porous filters. EFFECT: provision of catalyst high equilibrium activity due to regulation of catalyst circulation velocity and full utilization of reaction heat and increased content of aromatic hydrocarbons in desired liquid product by 15-20%. 3 cl, 1 dwg
