FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for the production of olefinic hydrocarbons C3-C5. Dehydrogenation of the corresponding paraffinic hydrocarbons used subsequently for the preparation of basic monomers of synthetic rubbers, as well as in the production of polypropylene, methyl tertiary butyl ether. The system includes a reactor and a regenerator with established height of the fluidized bed is partitioned bars, which are located below the tubular spreaders respectively feedstock vapor and air, consisting of a reservoir and associated pairwise arranged coaxial beams equipped with nozzles for the outflow of gas into the fluidized bed. In this coaxial beams consist of tubes, the central part of which having a side surface one or more openings for flowing gas from the reservoir into the beams is located in the cavity reservoir and the cavity of the pipe a diaphragm with a central opening which separates the tube and openings for flowing gas in two equal parts, which are two symmetrical beam. The aperture in the diaphragm has a diameter, equal to (0.2-0.8) of the pipe diameter. The distance between valves and lower bars is partitioned (0.1-0.6) diameter of reactor or regenerator.
EFFECT: uniform distribution of gas flows in the system, an increase in the yield of the desired product-olefins, a reduction in the laboriousness of manufacturing the system, and an increase in the strength and erosion resistance of tubular distributors.
