FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to petrochemistry, particularly, to production of olefin or isoolefin C3-C5 of hydrocarbons through dehydrogenation of paraffin or isoparaffin C3-C5 of hydrocarbons. Proposed plant comprises reactor and regenerator with fluidised bed of chromia-alumina catalyst with sectioning grates and arranged in their upper part of cyclones with dust discharge risers, pipelines for supply of hydrocarbon raw material into reactor and air regenerator, pipelines for catalyst circulation between reactor and regenerator, contact gas discharge pipelines from reactor and regeneration gases from regenerator, connected with cyclones, heat exchangers for heat recovery of contact of gas and regeneration gases, device for dry, wet and electric trapping of carried out catalyst from contact gas and regeneration gases and return pipelines of said catalyst. Branch pipes of pipelines for direction of catalyst, captured in devices for dry and electric trapping, are connected with dust discharge risers of reactor and regenerator cyclones. Branch pipe to direct catalyst captured in device for wet trapping is located under third sectioning bottom grate of regenerator. Ends of dust discharge of cyclones reactor and regenerator risers are located in lower part of fluidised bed reactor and regenerator at height of 2-14 % of height of boiling layer.
EFFECT: invention increases output of end products and low power consumption.
