SUBSTANCE: plate of sheet die travelling reciprocatingly in vertical direction is suspended on each side from lever system which has two lower angular levers and one upper lever correspondingly with one vertical and one horizontal lever arms. Both lower angular levers and upper angular lever may turn in vertexes of their angles one of axis and their vertical lever arms are interconnected by rectilinear guide. Horizontal lever arms carry plate and horizontal lever arms of upper angular levers carry counterweights. Double eccentric with eccentric necks is placed diametrically opposite and is so connected to rectilinear guide of one or another lever system that with rotation of double eccentric plate and counterweights with achievement of mass equilibrium travel reciprocatingly and in mutually opposite directions.
