FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, systems of injection and producing wells are arranged in oil deposit. Pumped into injection wells are fringe water, fringe polymer, finely dispersed medium, and water. Recovered from producing wells are oil and water. After injection of fringe water, pumped into well is fringe surface-active matter and/or polymer. Injection of fringe surface-active matter and/or polymer is effected in finely dispersed medium with concentration of finely dispersed material of 0.5-5%. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 tbl
