FIELD: oil production industry. SUBSTANCE: according to method, arranged on deposit are injection and producing wells. Injected into injection wells are required amounts of air and water to create internal burning in bed. In development of deposit with reserves of oil of normal viscosity, separated from product of producing wells are accompanying petroleum gases and burning gases. These gases separately or together with accompanying petroleum gases are pumped into injection wells. Injection of required amounts of air is alternated with injection of aforesaid gases, and they are separated by injection of technically required amounts of water. Relation of volumes of injected amounts of air and water is dictated by requirements of maintaining temperature of 300-400 C at burning front. Application of aforesaid technology improves development of deposit with reserves of oil of normal viscosity due to reduced amount of fuel demand and creating in bed conditions for alternating displacement of oil by water-gas mixtures. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 5 cl
