According to method, for detecting centers of occurring dynamic phenomena, prior to recording rock cracking which is indicative of dynamic phenomena, determined is exponential dependence which combines wave front coming angle to line of locating sensors in rock mass and wave coming time over base between sensors. With respect to this dependence, determined is direction towards source of cracking by calculating time of signal coming from source of cracking. Then, referring to calculation formula, determined is distance to signal generation point. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwg
