FIELD: mechanical engineering, high pressure systems. SUBSTANCE: system has plunger pump with plunger 32 connected with spindle 22, spindle nut 44 on spindle, cylinder 34 with hole 36 for plunger, mechanism 14, 16 26 to provide relative rotation and relative axial displacement of plunger and cylinder, including device for relative rotation of spindle and nut. Screw 46 or other resilient member is used to connect cylinder 34 and spindle nut 44 to compensate for reaction forces built by liquid sample in process of its compression located in cylinder hole 36. Resilient member 30 connects plunger 32 and spindle 22 compensating for any axial misalignment of plunger and cylinder hole. Method comes to simultaneously measuring the temperature of liquid sample. Heating and cooling device are checked and corresponding signal is transmitted to corresponding electric measuring device. Parameters of pressure, volume and temperature of liquid sample are preset.
