FIELD: mechanical engineering; high-pressure systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed system contains mounting plate with fitted-on posts. Housing and drive are secured on its upper ends. Base with fitted-on bushing is arranged on outer surface from top of drive. Outer surface of upper part of bushing is made for contacting inner surface of housing. Cylinder is fixed from top on outer surface of housing. Sleeve is installed coaxially inside bushing for contact with inner surface. Cup with hole in bottom for fitting cylinder on housing is arranged inside sleeve, being pointed by bottom to inner surface of upper part of housing. Spindle with thread is installed on output shaft of drive. Output shaft of drive is connected with spindle arranged in two-row spherical ball bearing installed on base through coupling. Spindle and spring-loaded spindle nut are arranged for rotation relative to each other. Lower ends of posts are secured on mounting plate, and their upper ends are arranged in sliding bearings fitted in guide holes made in housing. Drive is rigidly attached to mounting plate. Spring-loaded spindle nut has hollow shank with side surface in form of cylindrical surface concentric relative to side surface of cup and forming, together with side surface of hollow shank, space to accommodate spring of spring-loaded spindle nut. Seat with heat insulating gasket is made of end face surface of hollow shank. Said heart insulating gasket corresponds to union nut of cylinder whose filling hole is made for closing by stopper. Its intake hole is made with flange provided with heat insulating surface which is fitted on outer end face surface of housing, and with inner sealing seat which accommodates sliding support pressed to lower end face of cylinder by union nut. Heat insulating surface of cylinder flange, end face of union nut and spring-loaded spindle nut with hollow shank are made to create initial extension of spring of spring-loaded spindle nut owing to fitted of flange of cylinder onto housing and arrangement on union nut on seat of hollow shank.
EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities owing to increased accuracy of measurement of volume, pressure and temperature of compressed liquid within pressure range up to hundreds of megapascals.
