FIELD: extraction of explosive components from bursting charges with simultaneous production of commercial explosives with a zero oxygen balance. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in supply of working medium heated to 80 to 130 deg. C to the surface of the explosive in ammunition. Low-fusing eutectic of mineral oxidizers with substances reducing the sensitivity (barium and zinc stearates) and surface-active substances (emulsifiers, structure formers and stabilizers) serve as working medium in the process. Sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, lithium nitrates are used as components of low-fusing eutectics. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 cl, 1 tbl
