FIELD: explosive equipment, applicable in explosive devices, shaped-charge warheads inclusive. SUBSTANCE: initiation unit has the bottom part of the main bursting charge of the shaped-charge warhead, inert insert, transfer charge in the form of a plate installed in the bottom part of the main bursting charge in alignment with the shaped-charge cavity, fuze and a duct aligned with the shaped-charge cavity. The transfer charge is positioned in a separate housing and made of an explosive material with a high detonation capacity based on an explosive with a low critical diameter of detonation. A duct is made in this housing and filled with an explosive. The transfer charge plate has a variable thickness, increasing from the center towards the periphery in the zone of detonation transfer from the transfer charge to the main bursting charge. EFFECT: enhanced due to enhanced axial symmetry of detonation wave initiated in the bursting charge and minimized diversity of this wave in the plane of propagation, simplified manufacture and assembly. 6 cl, 3 dwg
