FIELD: home appliances, agriculture, medical devices. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, which side walls are heating element 2 which is designed as steel plates. In addition device has input pipe 3 and output pipe 4, temperature regulator 5 and temperature switch 6 which is mounted on heating element directly. Device provides contactless water heating since resistive layer is located on external side of housing. EFFECT: increased reliability of heating element and whole system. 2 dwg
