FIELD: microbiology; cytology; molecular biology; biochemistry and sanitation. SUBSTANCE: unit includes filter holder, analytical filters, filtrate receiver, vacuum compressor, filtrate transfer pipe line and line for creation of rarefaction. Unit is provided with valve distributing device, flow selector and filtrate supply pipe line. Vacuum compressor is connected with filtrate transfer pipe line and filtrate receiver through selector and valve distributing device. Selector is made in form of housing with passages and two hollow plugs with radial holes fitted with equal-sized gears thrown into engagement; these gears ensure synchronous alternating coincidence of radial holes with passages of housing and with pipe line. Valve distributing device includes two check valves fitted in filtrate supply pipe lines between filters and filtrate receiver and float valve fitted in pipe line connected to selector.
