FIELD: cleaning of excess air from finely-divided powder with any specific resistance in loading hopper with loose materials by pneumatic transport. SUBSTANCE: electrostatic precipitator has body accommodating precipitating unit made of coaxially arranged pipes interconnected in their middle part with braces to form cylindrical precipitating channels in which cantilevered from atop and from bottom are corona-forming electrodes in two independent corona-forming units to form two-lope precipitating channels. Each precipitating channel of the first and second fields has cantilevered volume cleaning brushes. In so doing, brushes of the first field are located under brushes of the second field for removal of trapped material of the second field through dust discharging channels of brushes of the first field to hopper in continuous rotation of precipitating unit.
