METHOD OF TREATING PARTS WITH LIQUID Russian patent published in 1998 - IPC

Abstract RU 2108172 C1

FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: parts are placed into washing vessel 1-10 cu. m in volume which is then filled with liquid preheated to 50-90 C to leave liquid- free space. Vessel is sealed and partially evacuated by pumping away vapor-air mixture from liquid-free space.
