SUBSTANCE: in the method after the first jet washing, the second operation of parts washing is carried out in the form of mutually related jet and submerged washing distributed among baths, and replenishment of washing water in appropriate tanks and/or collectors is done by washing water from a washing bath by the submerged method, supplying it via distribution headers with elements for formation of jets with submillimetre section of appropriate baths of jet washing. Supply of washing water into distribution headers with elements for formation of jets of submillimetre section of the second stage of jet washing is carried out directly from a washing bath by submersion with the help of a submerged pipeline placed in it and connected with a local discharge system, the outlet of which is connected via three-way actuating mechanisms with a distribution header of the second stage of jet washing, a drainage pipeline of which is connected with a tank to drain contaminated washing water, equipped with a local discharge system, the outlet of which is connected via three-way actuating mechanisms with a distribution header of the first bath of jet washing.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, reliability and expansion of functional and technological capabilities realised in an effluent-free mode of operations for washing of parts in perforated drums.
