FIELD: protection from forgery and nonauthorized production of paper due to use of protective means whose effect based on changing or appearance of some tint under action of heat. SUBSTANCE: paper has heat-sensitive coating and fat-soluble dye with particles sizing 7-10 mcm dispersed in paper mass. Heat-sensitive coating consists of gelatin microcapsules with d = 1.0-1.5 mcm distributed in binding agent with 0.15-0.30 wt.-% of solution of fat-soluble dye in mixture with castor oil, xylene and dimethyl formamide. Deposited on shells of microcapsules is stearic acid. EFFECT: higher degree of protection of paper from forgery and its unauthorized production and falsification of carried information.
