FIELD: dispersion and microcapsulation of hydrophobic liquids. SUBSTANCE: apparatus consists of two chambers connected by means of flanges. One chamber is intended for dispersion of hydrophobic liquids and second upper chamber is used for microcapsulation. Track filter mounted between these chambers is made from polyethylene terephthalic film and is provided with calibrated through pores. Lower chamber is made in form of inverted truncated cone with circular riffles on inner surface; it has triangular shape at depth of 3.8 to 4.0 mm and pitch of 7.5 to 7.8 mm. Mounted on lesser base of truncated cone is ultrasonic piezoelectric radiator at diameter of 50 mm. Height of chamber is equal to length of wave of ultrasonic oscillations in water systems at frequency of 20 kHz. Upper chamber is made in form of cylinder at diameter of 150 mm; it is provided with evenly distributed ultrasonic radiators.
