SUBSTANCE: this relates to safety devices of cable lines for powering subsurface electric motors used as drives of centrifugal pumps in recovering oil and other underground fluids. Improved reliability of fastening power cable to pump-compressor pipes during round-trip operations, prevention of wedging device by casing string, protection of pump-compressor pipes from longitudinal and lateral vibration are achieved due to embodiment of device in the form of integrally cast body with slot for placing cable and pivotally arranged covers which clamp device to pipe at top and bottom of connecting sleeve by means of screws.
