FIELD: space engineering, applicable in development of technology of space rocket launching and in development of the control system used in space rocket complex. SUBSTANCE: preliminarily actuated are the ground and on-board computer complexes, their operation is synchronized. Control commands for the on-board and ground equipment of the control systems and equipment sets of the rocket complex are produced on the basis of functional interaction of the ground and on-board digital computer complexes. First the ground digital computer complex carries out identification of the command of the character of the rocket complex control mode being in use and accomplishes its transmission to the on-board digital computer complex. After that the ground digital computer complex produces control commands to the ground equipment of the control system and ground equipment sets, and the on-board digital computer complex produces control commands for stage-by-stage control of the equipment sets of the rocket and on-board equipment of the control system. Going to the next control stage is accomplished after completion of the previous one and transmission of information from the on-board computer complex on completion of the stage in the ground digital computer complex and getting clearance from the ground digital computer complex to execution of the next stage on the basis of identification of the character of normal running of the stage.
